ANNIE

Head Coach

I bring over 9 years of experience helping midlife women build strength, improve body composition and protect their long term health with clarity and structure.

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Online Coach, and the founder of AF Coaching Limited and the AF Midlife Fitness App. My work focuses on strength training, whole food nutrition and sustainable habit change, with particular attention to muscle, bone health, metabolic stability and longevity in midlife.

At 47, I stopped drinking.
At 51, I changed how I fuelled my body.
At 55, I train not to be smaller, but to be stronger for the decades ahead.

My coaching is rooted in both professional education and lived experience. I understand the hormonal shifts, energy changes and mindset challenges that come with midlife. I teach women how to work with their bodies rather than against them.

At AF Coaching Limited, I specialise in guiding women to:

Hello, I’m Jack!

I bring 15 years of experience helping midlife individuals move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence.

I am a Level 6 Personal Trainer & Performance Coach.

Over my career I have attained a BSc Honours degree in Sport & Exercise Science, A FRCms Certified Mobility Specialist, with a specialism in Lower Back Pain Management through corrective exercise. Plus an array of further education within the industry.

I’ve worked with elite athletes worldwide, from a Rugby Academy in New Zealand to a Football Academy in Portugal, as well as Head of Sports Science & Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach at Portsmouth FC Women to name a few.

At AF Fitness, I specialise in guiding midlife clients to build strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, and boost energy, all while supporting long-term health and confidence. My approach combines proven performance principles with practical strategies for real life, helping you feel capable, confident, and in control of your body at every stage of midlife.

I have been a Personal Trainer since 2019 and during that time I have coached hundreds of clients, accumulating thousands of hours of hands on experience on the gym floor. I have worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, body types and experience levels, supporting goals from fat loss and strength development through to Olympic lifting.

I have a background in Rugby Union and hold a BSc in Sports Psychology, alongside a Strength and Conditioning qualification and pre and postnatal training certification. I also currently compete in fitness competitions such as Hyrox and Metrix, which allows me to bring first hand performance experience into my coaching.

Drawing on this diverse background, I design clear, confident and structured programmes tailored to each client’s needs. My approach focuses on simple, effective training strategies that help you achieve sustainable progress and long term results.
