Not at all. I offer both home and gym-based workout plans. If you prefer to train at home, I’ll design a plan using minimal equipment that still gets you results.
I focus on real, whole foods – no shakes, powders, or extreme restrictions. Your plan will be high in protein and fibre to support muscle, hormones, and fat loss, while still including foods you enjoy. It’s realistic, flexible, and designed to work in everyday life.
